Oral presentations
Presentations must be provided in advance to the chair of the session, no later than the coffee- or lunch break prior to the session. The presentation should be in powerpoint format with an aspect ratio of 16:9. Keynote speakers have 45 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&A. Speakers at parallel sessions have 20 minutes, including 3 minutes for Q&A. Please make sure to finish in time to allow people to switch between parallel sessions in a timely fashion.
Flash presentations
Flash presentations are 3 minutes long with a maximum of 2 slides; these too should be 16:9 powerpoint and must be provided in advance. Contact the organization at the registration desk on Sunday for details.
Poster presentations
Poster size should be A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm) in portrait orientation. Materials for hanging posters will be provided. All posters will be displayed in the corridors of the ground floor throughout the conference. Posters with odd numbers will be presented on Monday (during lunch break 12:25-14:00), and those with even numbers on Tuesday (during lunch break 12:10-13:40).
